Agreement — CareRise® enters into a relationship agreement with each
healthcare facility to provide risk management system and services.
Introduction / Training — CareRise® Risk Managers meet with facility staff
to set up programs to monitor care processes and instruct them on CareRise®
risk management systems. The CareRise® risk manager works collaboratively
with each facility, assisting it in reducing risk of exposure to litigation and
ultimately improving quality of care.
Review / Instruction — Client facilities receive regular visits from their
Risk Manager who reviews practices and monitors progress toward goals
and guidelines. The Risk Manager provides guidance and direction on how
to document actions to minimize litigation risk.
Online Score — Based on the established findings, the facility receives
an immediate online report, accessible on CareRise®’s password-protected
system. This proprietary system shows whether the facility is in compliance
with care guidelines and pinpoints areas that may need improvement.
The system also contains instructional materials to educate the facility
staff on how to make improvements.
Benefit / Incentive — As a facility’s scores improve, it
may qualify for lower insurance
rates from its insurer.
Evolve / Exceed — The program continues
to evolve and improve
throughout the facility’s
relationship with CareRise®.
